Reservations can be made online in the Reservations section opposite.

How do I obtain availability?

Nothing could be simpler! Go to the Reservation section opposite, enter your dates of stay, your choice of pitch or rental and confirm. You’ll immediately see our availability in real time.

How can I find out the price of my holiday including tax?

To obtain the price of your stay, you need to simulate a booking:
After validating your dates of stay, select a pitch or a rental, click on“I reserve this stay” and then complete the form. You will then obtain the price (including VAT) of your stay as an estimate.

How to make a reservation

If you’d like to book a mobile home or chalet, please start by consulting our Accommodations/Rentals section to choose the model of mobile home or chalet that’s right for you.

From the Reservation section, simply enter the dates of your stay, validate and let us guide you!
The following information will be requested:
– Number of people
– Number of vehicles
– Any options
– Vehicle registration and make
– Number of your identity card
– Any comments or special requests
– Your contact details (for the final invoice)
– Names, first names and dates of birth of all participants

Once you have confirmed your booking by reading and accepting the terms and conditions, complete your booking by paying the 25% deposit by credit card.

What happens next?

– You will immediately receive an email indicating that your booking request is “awaiting validation” by the campsite.

– You will receive your booking confirmation within 72 hours by email.

We advise you to add the campsite’s email address (camping.moisan@orange.fr) to your contacts so as not to block your confirmation in your unwanted spam.

– You will have to pay your balance maximum 30 days before arrival by credit card via the link present in your confirmation, or by cheque, vacation vouchers.

Other business

When and how do I pay my balance?

– For a rental, the balance must be paid 30 days before the date of arrival at the latest by credit card, cheque or vacation voucher (the holder’s NAME and ADDRESS must be filled in). You can also pay in instalments up to this deadline.
– For a pitch, the balance must be paid on arrival at the campsite, by credit card, cheque, vacation vouchers or cash.

Can I choose my pitch/mobilhome number?

This option is free of charge, and the campsite does not charge for it. Placement preferences must be specified in the “Special remarks” box on your reservation request. Our regular guests have the privilege of being able to keep their usual pitch or mobile home, as far as possible. Whatever the choice made, the campsite cannot guarantee the definitive allocation of a pitch number, for obvious reasons of technical management and planning. The choice of camping pitch depends on the size of your equipment and your electricity requirements. The campsite has plots of around 100m2, with vegetation scattered and varying from plot to plot. The allocation of a mobile home pitch also depends on the model chosen.

Can I change my booking?

Changes to your stay (dates, persons, vehicles, options) must be requested by post or email, and will only be accepted if the campsite is able and available to do so. The campsite may refuse any modification that does not comply with the general conditions of sale stipulated in the contract.
