For a livelier atmosphere, head to the Grand Plage, 15 minutes from our campsite, in the heart of the resort, ideal for sunbathing, swimming or “trying surfing just a stone’s throw from the village. Need an escape”? The Sablères beach, more wild, immerses you between dunes and nature, only 500 meters from the center, and still a quarter of an hour from our campsite. And for those who love freedom, know that naturism is tolerated in the north.

Every morning (except Sunday), from June to September, the traditional market welcomes you in a whirlwind of flavors, colors, and scents. Ideal for filling your basket with good local products or simply soaking up the Landes atmosphere.

Visit Saint-CléMent Church
A small treasure of Landes heritage, “the Saint-Clément Church is worth a visit during your stay in Vieux-Boucau. Built in 1632, it surprises with its exterior simplicity and rich interior. Its vault painted with biblical frescoes from the 1950s, restored in 2005, immerses visitors in the great episodes of the History of Salvation. The 17th-century crucifix, statues of local saints, and the” white marble altar testify to a deeply rooted heritage.
